How to have your Apple affected AC wall plug exchanged online

Apple has rolled out a global AC Wall Plug Exchange Program. According to the Exchange Program information regions affected include:

• Continental Europe
• Korea
• Australia
• New Zealand
• Argentina
• Brazil

You can verify and lodge an exchange request online. You will need to enter the device’s serial number to check if it is covered by the exchange program. You will also be asked to enter your Apple ID.

I was able to lodge requests for our i-devices that comprise of iPhone 6, iPad Air 2, iPods and even an iPhone 3Gs. When I checked, all of the plugs were of the old design.
