After 4 weeks since the order for a new Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch with Touch Bar was placed, I received a notification from Apple letting me know my order had been dispatched. Two days later it was delivered by courier.
Timeline
My order was placed on October 30, 2016 and I got the package in my hands on November, 29. One day short of a full month.
Unboxing
The MacBook Pro was shipped in a cardboard box and arrived in good shape.
There was just a centimeter or so of gap between the MacBook Pro box itself and the packaging.

Revealing the new Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch Late 2016 Space Gray Model with Touch Bar.
The new charging cable has USB 3 Type C male connectors at both ends.
A new wall charger with USB 3 Type-C female connector.
Removing the plastic wrap from the wall charger.
USB Type-C cable and new MacBook Pro wall charger with USB Type-C female connector. The new charger is no longer equiped with flip-out wings to store the cord as on the MagSafe power adaptor.
The USB-C power adapter for the new MacBook Pro has an output of 61W.

The new MacBook Pro automatically boots up when the screen is open. Battery was about 75% charged during unboxing.

Keyboard uses brand new Butterfly 2 mechanism. The Force Touch trackpad has increased in size and comes with haptic feedback.
